CalSCHLS Survey: Passive Consent Form

CalSCHLS Climate, Health, and Learning Surveys

This November, our school will once again participate in the California School Climate, Health, and Learning Surveys (CalSCHLS). These surveys provide valuable insight into the factors that affect student success and well-being across California.

There are three versions of the survey, each administered separately to:

  • Parents/Guardians

  • School Staff

  • 7th Grade Students (completed during school hours)

Parent Involvement Matters
Family input is a priority for our state, district, and school. The parent/guardian survey gathers feedback on:

  • School learning environment and climate

  • Student supports and engagement

  • Parent outreach and involvement (e.g., how welcoming and communicative the school is)

Your voice makes a difference! Please take a few minutes to complete the anonymous parent survey using the link here (designated for Diablo View parents/guardians only):

Student Participation & Opt-Out Option
While we encourage all 7th grade students to participate, parents/guardians may choose to opt their child out of the student survey. If you prefer that your student not participate, please complete the opt-out form here:
